自2020年11月23日起,自菲律宾出发搭乘航班前往中国的外籍乘客,将在线申领《健康状况声明书》,中国驻菲律宾使领馆将不再受理通过电子邮件方式提交的申请。 中国驻菲律宾使领馆审核通过后,将通过该网站核发《健康状况声明书》(电子版)。《健康状况声明书》(电子版)以带“HDC”标识的二维码形式展示(见图),外籍乘客登机时须出示电子版或纸质打印版,供航空公司核对。
请注意,《健康状况声明书》不是签证,赴华签证有关信息请参阅中国驻菲律宾使馆11月5日发布的《关于暂时停止持有效中国签证、居留许可的在菲人员入境的通知》。
Notice on online handling of "Statement of Health Status"
Starting from November 23, 2020, foreign passengers who take flights from the Philippines to China will apply for the "Declaration of Health Status" online, and the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines will no longer accept applications submitted by email.
Foreign passengers can log in to the website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ through a computer or mobile phone, etc., fill in the information online, declare their health status, upload the negative certificate of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test and the serum specific IgM antibody test Negative certificate (testing must be performed within 48 hours before boarding).
After the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in the Philippines has passed the review, the "Statement of Health" (electronic version) will be issued through this website. The "Statement of Health" (electronic version) is displayed in the form of a QR code with the "HDC" logo (see picture). When boarding the plane, foreign passengers must present the electronic or printed version for the airline to check.
